Sewer: paid by property
Application Fee
$60 per resident
Administration Fee
$400 per apartment
Security Deposit
$500 per apartment (or equal to one month’s rent depending on credit health)
Renter’s Insurance
$300,000 of personal liability is required per resident, per apartment
