Nordic to join Minneapolis condo rush

A mixed-use apartment and parking structure at United Properties’ The Nordic project in Minneapolis’ North Loop neighborhood will now instead offer for-sale condominium units.

Minneapolis-based United Properties and its project partner, Greco, will market 57 condos under the name “Sable.” The condos are part of a seven-story, mixed-use building that will include an above-ground parking structure with 400 parking stalls. The stalls will serve the condos and an adjoining, 10-story mixed-use office building that is the other component of The Nordic. The project, which is at 729 Washington Ave. N., is currently under construction.
