Greco Plans Eden Prairie Development

In partnership with Eagle Ridge Partners, Greco has submitted a land-use application to begin construction as soon as this spring to bring 425 multifamily housing units to the Golden Triangle area in Eden Prairie.

The development site would house three buildings that would sit adjacent to a future light rail stop. Planned amenities include work-from-home offices, a co-working lounge, an indoor/outdoor wellness center, as well as a sun deck equipped with a pool and spa.

Greco’s president, Josh Brandsted, hopes to go before the Planning Commission this December or January.
