South Main: A New Chapter for West St. Paul

Earlier this month, we joined the City of West St. Paul and project partners for a groundbreaking celebration recognizing the progress of Greco’s largest redevelopment to date — and marking the official introduction of its new neighborhood name: South Main.

Envisioned as a new center for the city, South Main will bring together thoughtfully designed townhomes and apartments, neighborhood retail, and a 2.5-acre park to create a place to connect, explore, and linger.

The vision includes three distinct residential identities, each with its own character, united by one neighborhood and one complete experience. With townhome-style residences, two apartment buildings, and more than 7,000 square feet of retail space planned, South Main represents an exciting new chapter for West St. Paul.

South Main is just the beginning of the story. In the months ahead, we’ll introduce the names and identities of the three residential communities that will bring this neighborhood to life.
