Utilities

• Electricity: paid by the resident(s), billed by AMU

• Gas: paid by the resident(s)

  • 2-3 bedroom apartments only

• Internet: paid by the resident(s)

  • Increased speed options available and billed via provider

• Water: paid by the resident(s), billed via UMS

• Trash/Recycling: paid by the resident(s), billed via UMS

• Sewer: paid by property

Application Fee

• $60 per resident

Administration Fee

• $400 per apartment

Security Deposit

• $500 per apartment (or equal to one month’s rent depending on credit health)

Renter’s Insurance

• $300,000 of personal liability is required per resident, per apartment
