Signature & Reserve: 1 parking space included in monthly rent
Penthouse: 2 parking spaces included in monthly rent
Additional Parking Space Rent
Surface: $50/month/stall
Underground: $100/month/stall
Electric Vehicle: $200/month/stall
Storage
Garage: $75/month
In-Building: $100/month
Application Fee
$60 per resident
Administration Fee
$400 per apartment
Security Deposit
$1,000 per apartment (or equal to one month’s rent depending on credit health)
Renter’s Insurance
$300,000 of personal liability is required per resident, per apartment
Affordable Program Apartments (Classic A & B)
