Minnetonka Memory Care Closes

Greco is excited to announce another new project in Minnetonka, MN. As part of the former Hillcrest of Wayzata Redevelopment project, we have closed and began construction on a 40-unit memory care community. This lovely one-level building will include studio apartments plus multiple gathering spaces, a bistro and dining room, sunroom, screened porch, and other amenities.

Residents will enjoy a secure and peaceful setting near 13 acres of wetlands, plus specialized dementia care provided by Ebenezer, nutritious meals, and enriching daily activities.
