Josh Brandsted

President & Owner

Josh Brandsted joined Greco in 2008 and has been a partner in the company's development projects since 2012. In 2022, Josh took over full ownership of Greco and continues to guide the firm through new redevelopment opportunities. He oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm, guiding the company's long-term strategy and growth. Over his 14-year career, Josh has been involved with the development and management of nearly 4,500 multifamily units across the Twin Cities and has been directly responsible for the development of nearly 2,000 units totaling over $410,000,000 on behalf of Greco. Josh Brandsted has become recognized as a pivotal player in the Twin Cities development landscape, being recognized in 2022 by Finance and Commerce as one of the Power 30 for top developers. Josh is a graduate of the University of North Dakota with a degree in Accounting and Finance.

 

Mandy Grant

Vice President — property management

Mandy Grant joined Greco in 2012 and has been a cornerstone of the day-to-day operations since. She has held almost every position at the site level over her 20+ years in multifamily specializing in new construction, Class A+ lease-ups. She currently oversees all aspects of the operations at Greco including the financial health of the portfolio, establishing efficient processes and procedures, and cultivating a passionate and hardworking culture driven to succeed. During her tenure at Greco, Mandy Grant has led the successful lease-ups and management of over a dozen top-of-class, award winning projects in a wide variety of sub-markets. Mandy is a graduate of St. Cloud University.

 

Angie Schliewe

Accounting manager

Angie Schliewe joined Greco in February 2024. She is an experienced finance professional, working with small family-owned businesses to large Fortune 500 companies. She’s worked with multiple industries, but emphasis has been in property management. She brings 10 years of industry experience to Greco; 3 years in commercial real estate and 7 years in multifamily. She leads the Accounting Team at Greco, and oversees monthly reporting, AR/AP, reviewing financials, cash flow management, and managing the Yardi system.

Austin Peterson

Development associate

Austin Peterson joined Greco in 2023 and oversees all facets of real estate development and asset management. His role involves sourcing new projects, conducting feasibility analysis, managing entitlements, securing financing, fostering investor relationships, and overseeing project development and new acquisitions. Austin is also focused on developing data driven, strategic business plans to maintain a high level of efficiency and performance across all managed assets.

John Graff

sales & service director

John is heavily involved on project programming and service offerings and oversees staff training for new and existing projects. An MBA, he brings multiple years of experience from the leasing side, specifically two award winning lease-up executions totaling over 400 units in the Shoreview marketplace. John will be intricately involved in all facets of the lease-up execution.

Alaina Burkholder

Marketing director

Alaina Burkholder brings over 5 years of industry experience, both onsite and at the corporate level, to the Greco team. She is responsible for the roll-out and execution of all marketing, branding, and social media initiatives and campaigns. Alaina has spearheaded some of the most successful Greco and third party project lease-ups and stabilizations.
